Signature generation improvements

• Manage CRLs : get CRL URLs from CDP and download it/them. then, insert into CMS signature. Manage a cache with a view.
• Manage TSP : Generate a timestamp or Get an online timestamp from an URL.
• Manage XML Signature (SOAP?).
• Manage "What you see is what you signed" with :
  • Open Eclipse XML/Text editor.
  • Open files in eParapher Editor Area on Windows (swt/OLE)
  • Open external program on other platform : linux, mac OSX, Solaris and AIX.
• software locks/unlocks on PKCS11 token events (removal/insertion).
